1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel (withdraw from) your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies. This follows standard EU distance-selling rules.

2. Starting a Return

Want to return something? Get in touch within 14 days of receipt via our contact page, with your order number and the product you'd like to return. We'll go through the return with you from there.

3. Condition of the Item

The item must be returned in the same condition you received it: undamaged, unused, and, where possible, in its original packaging. For books, this means the cover, spine, and pages must be undamaged. You are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what's necessary to check the nature and condition of the item.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item doesn't match your order or arrived damaged.

5. Refund

Once we've received and checked the return, we'll refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
